Indige-Scape Tours

GUIDED TOURS|GUIDED OPERATOR
Mountains Lake

Your Indige-scape includes a guided tour of picturesque trails in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. This gorgeous scenery is the traditional domain of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani), as well as the Tsuut’ina, Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who live or stay in the Treaty Seven region of Southern Alberta. You will travel through some of the most stunning landscapes on the planet, including aspen-forested slopes, wildflower-blooming subalpine meadows, and ice-clad towering mountain peaks. Hike beside crystal blue lakes and beneath awe-inspiring cliffside waterfalls before seeing the ancient glaciers that feed them. However, unlike other mountain trail tours, each Indige-scape experience is delivered from an Indigenous perspective, inviting participants to embrace the beauty of their sublime surroundings while learning from important stories of the past and contemplating how they might inform today’s ways of living. These trips encourage you to interact with nature while learning about Indigenous traditions that sprang from this area. You will discover chances to appreciate the beauty and diversity of life in the Rockies, enhanced by cultural experiences tailored to your family, group, or personal interests.
